Ibis Development was founded by Erin and Andrew Carrington with the mission of revitalizing the historic business district of Blytheville, Arkansas. Over the past five years, the couple has acquired over 30 properties with more than 100,000 square feet of mixed-use space.

Ibis Development wants to bring the historic beauty to Downtown Blytheville. This district is on the National Register of Historic Places and important to Arkansas’s story. With historically accurate repairs and building restoration, Downtown Blytheville will revive.
Invigorate.
New business, old friends, a great community. This Historic Downtown will ignite a passion for ideas and culture in this Delta town. The faint heartbeat of Historic Downtown Blytheville will grow strong and invigorate a center of commerce, culture and entertainment.
